In most cases, the return policy includes a Full Refund (minus
the shipping charges).
Within
the first 90 Days
in your possession, you may return your item but you first need
to Contact Us
and tell us of your issue. We will try to resolve it for you.
If that is not possible, you can send your item back for a refund.
All of our items have a restocking fee of 10% of the original
purchase price.
Defects
:
If there are obvious defects in your item when you first
receive it, please contact us immediately, and we will replace
the defective part (or the whole item if necessary) at no extra
charge to you.
Breakages:
If you have any breakages in your item and you want to return
or exchange it, you must contact us within the FIRST 7
DAYS in your possession, and we will replace the broken
part, at no extra charge to you, or we will accept your return.
If you have such a breakage, and you contact us AFTER the first
7 days, you will have to pay to get that broken part replaced,
and if you want to return the entire broken item for a refund,
you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Here's the reason why:
If you are contacting us about a breakage, and it is after 7 days
in your possession, it is possible that it broke while in your
possesion, and we are not responsible for such a breakage.
Conditions
For Getting a Refund - In order to get your refund, we
must receive your item in PERFECT CONDITION,
including all instruction booklets and sheets. So, it is very
important that you package your item in the same (or similar)
protective packaging materials that it came to you in. If there
is any damage in shipping, we cannot give you a refund, and you
will have to put in a claim with your shipper. UPS is usually
very fast about paying on their claims. The US Postal Service
is NOT so quick about that. You must pay your own shipping charges
when sending back an item. When we receive your item and we make
sure it is in perfect condition, we will issue you your refund.
IMPORTANT
NOTE - Your Refund will be issued in 2 to 2-1/2 WEEKS from the
time we receive your item.
The
Way You Receive Your Refund:
We have to pay a transaction fee on all credit card transactions,
including Credit Backs. So, we will absorb that fee for refunds
Under $200. But if your refund is for $200 or more, your refund
will be in the form of a Check, which you will receive in the
mail.
